The property also features a terrace where guests can enjoy the sunshine and and tranquility or the millions of stars at night. Rural experiences are available on request if arranged prior to your stay such as horse riding, 4-wheel drive trip, watching working dogs in action, hiking, sheep shearing or experience a day in the life on a sheep and beef farm. A Sky Watcher Telescope can also be hired, to use for star gazing for the duration of guests stay, at an additional charge. There are two walking tracks available, the 2.2 mi Valley View Walk and the Pihiohio Ridge Walk which is 5 mi long.
