The Artists Retreat is a 2-story, self contained holiday home with a balcony and deck to take in stunning views over farmlands, mountains and the sea to the village of Kaikoura. It is set in Kaikoura in the Canterbury Region and provides free private parking. The unique property was built mainly from recycled and re-purposed materials and offers 3 bedrooms. The downstairs area has 2 bedrooms, with 1 room consisting of a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The lounge area has plenty of seating and 2 of the sofas can be converted into a double and a single sofa bed if needed. There is a TV, Bluetooth speaker, laundry with washing machine, dryer and a bathroom. Upstairs is an open-plan studio style with a King bed and a small seating area with a lounge that can convert into a queen bed, if needed. There is also a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove top and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware and a fridge stocked with sauces, condiments and breakfast items. All bedrooms have Bluetooth alarm clocks and all bed linen and bathroom items are supplied. You can choose to feed the farm animals and the hosts will give you a guided tour of the property.
